K-DISC facilitates innovations which are driven by various concerned agencies. The PMU helps K-DISC to implement a framework involving Project Executives placed in the headquarters as well as in the districts. The PMU helps the Project Managers in creating, implementing and monitoring systems, processes and procedures across various projects, so as to improve the productivity of the organization within the implementation framework.
Aims & Objectives
- PMU will support Project Managers in the administration of K-DISC.industry, government, community, and environment.
- Coordinate with the consultative groups, KILA, local governments, and other stakeholders.
- Develop and manage framework for the working of the COPs, the hackathon, Steering Committee, Volunteers and Interns.
- Monitor and review the performance of various programs.
