Towards a crowdsourcing model for innovation development
The Kerala Innovation Fund would strive to develop the model for a crowdsourcing platform and internet-based marketplace linking practitioners, policy makers, bureaucrats technocrats, policy and the common man to engage with and air their pain areas and problem statements and to arrive at innovative solutions through a virtual forum with ideators, researchers, technologists, practitioners, educational institutions, consultants, accelerators, incubators and startups and undertake Proof of Concepts (POCs), develop prototypes and attempt scaling of pilots if needed.
Aims & Objectives
A crowd sourced model for participative innovation promotion
- Putting in place an innovation fund
- Mobilising crowd funds and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) for innovative problem solving.
- The amount will be provided as a lump sum as corpus for innovation promotion in LSGIs.
