Multi Stakeholder Platform

Ushering in self-sufficiency in food production using technology in the State.

Multi-Stakeholder Platform (MSP) is an essential tool in Kerala’s journey towards a self-sufficient, technology-driven food production platform. It allows farmers to go in for higher specialisation and generate the resultant income from the homesteads. The traceability of Agriculture food supply chain management ensures food safety and increases customer satisfaction and peer-to-peer productivity. Blockchain technology is used to bring about a decentralized system of storage where transparency is available, making everyone from producers to consumers satisfied.

Aims & Objectives

  1. MSP will facilitate specialization for farmers and generate more income from homesteads, ensuring the Safe-to-Eat Food campaign.
  2. A decentralized system where there is transparency through Blockchain technology.
  3. Partnership of FPOs, Co-operatives, Animal Husbandry, Agriculture, Fisheries Sought.
  4. A Co-operative Platform is targeted.
